Class Descriptions
Restorative Yoga - Mondays 5:30-6:30pm
This in-person class is slow paced, grounding, and focused on turning inward to prepare for the week ahead. The class will include slow flowing movement and deep stretches to release tension in the body. Movements will be focused on grounding and centering to find balance we can take through the rest of the week. The class is open to all skill levels and all bodies. Modifications will be provided as needed throughout the class.
Integral Yoga - Tuesdays 7-8:15pm
This Integral Yoga class is like a moving meditation, listening deeply to our bodies from a place of comfort and stillness. The session unfolds with a series of slow-flow asanas, easing into a state of deep relaxation, and concludes with some pranayama exercises (breath work). Suitable for all levels, this class is an invitation to explore and connect within.
Healing Dance - Wednesdays 6-7pm
This class will gently guide you through some structured and more free-flowing movements. The beat and pace of the music will support the type of movements you do. There is no right and wrong. You will be graciously supported through this healing dance class by a supportive teacher. No dance experience needed, just a willingness to move and explore.
Yoga Foundations - Wednesdays 7:15-8:15pm
Connect with the foundations of yoga, breath, mindfulness, and some simple movements. This class is great for folks new to and familiar with yoga.
Gentle Flow - Thursdays 7-8pm
This 60 minute class will begin with some grounding activities, move through a flow, balance, seated/floor work, and final integration & meditation to close.
Park Yoga - Saturdays 9-10am
This in-person, fresh-air gathering is for everybody and every body. This is “park, beach or airport yoga” with no need to get down on the ground so there is no need for a mat. We will use the park benches, chess tables, and trees and lamps as our practice props! Just bring your own two feet. Move, breathe, and start your weekend with a smile!
Good Vibrations - A Sound Bath in Nature - 3rd Saturdays 11am-12pm
This is a monthly offering on the third Saturday of each month at 11am. The outdoor nature location is determined and posted each month.
Private Yoga Sessions
Private yoga sessions are great if you have specific questions, want to learn the poses at your own pace, or have an area you would like to focus on. This is not a donation based service. The price will be discussed upon outreach.
Private Sound Bath and Mindful Movement sessions
Custom Private sessions designed specially for your personal needs and goals. Classes available in English or Spanish for individuals or groups. This is not a donation based service . The price will be discussed upon outreach.
